• All purchased components undergo rigorous checks, governed by procedures that determine their intensity and frequency.
• The most critical components undergo specific tests to verify their characteristics, performance and degree of reliability.
• The supplier panel is selected on the basis of rigorous selection criteria, and product and service quality is monitored through the analysis of defined KPIs and parameters.
• The product manufacturing process is governed by procedures that include numerous intermediate checks and functional testing on 100% of the units manufactured.
• The entire Quality System is subject to a continuous improvement process that uses tools such as FMEA and FMECA, as well as measurement of internal quality parameters.

The production process makes use of state-of-the-art machinery and is based on the fundamental principles of the Knorr-Bremse Production System (KPS), one of the most highly regarded on the market, characterised by concepts such as 5S, Visual Management and Value Stream Mapping.
