Design

The design of Comet Fans products is based entirely on 3D modelling and includes detailed control and verification phases for all technical and functional aspects of components and machines.

The process is supported by powerful, extensively used calculation tools, such as finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).

Product selection based on customer specifications is carried out using in-house developed calculation software, based on a large number of experimental tests and trials, both in the laboratory and on real installations. This makes the calculation results highly reliable, both in terms of fan performance and with regard to fundamental parameters such as noise and efficiency.
